Fruit Veggies and water: Do they really help you stay young looking?

I need help from girls. I look young for my age. I’m 23, but I look like I’m 18-20 for my age. When I shave, even 16-18. Now I’m kind of scared. I don’t want to get wrinkles and stuff. So I was wondering. Does eating more fruit, veggies and drinking a lot of water, help you look young and keep your skin tight? I’m vain I know. But please give me some advice on this. I’m getting paranoid about it.

    its true but occasinaly do eat meat. try to cook ur food without oil. i mean steamed ot bolied and never forget to drink water. drink atleast 3 to 4 ltr a day.
