What are some things you can do to help and keep yourself looking and feeling young?

1. Take care of your skin - avoid the sun and if you can’t avoid it, use sunscreen. Moisturize daily and use a gentle skin cleanser daily…stay away from harsh cleansers. Use non-comedogenic cleansers and makeup to avoid clogging your pores.
2. Drink plenty of water!!! 64 oz a day helps your body rid of the toxins and promotes healthy, elastic, glowing skin.
3. Exercise - Not only does it keep you fit and in shape, it makes you feel good, and when you feel good, you tend to look good!
4. Minimize your stress - take a yoga class if you have to. Stress causes so many things in our bodies, including making us look older and also other things such as high blood pressure, anxiety, etc.
5. Get plenty of rest! You’ll wake up feeling refreshed and you’ll be ready to conguer the world!

I am 23… and in order to keep myself looking healthy I dont smoke cigs, I wear sun screen if I am in the sun a long time (sure a sun kissed tan looks like… but it can also age your skin and make it look leathery)…
I do yoga since it is good your mind and body!
I eat well (well usually, if i am PMSing I eat whatever i want lol )
and run, and I make sure to tell myself positive things about myself since a lot of life is mind over matter!
Sun has vitamin d which is a natural anti-depressent… so being outside is nice
Read good books…
Animals enhance peoples happiness…
