can i get pulled over for looking too young?

I am close to 17 and getting my driver license in about 2 weeks. The problem being is that i look like I’m 14. Can i get pulled over for just looking to young, or do they have to pull me over for something else.

Yes it frequently happens. It happened to me. I am still mistakened for being a lot younger than I am even though I am a senior citizen.

cops don’t have to have a reason to pull you over, they can do whatever they darn feel like, if he thinks your too young to have your license than he could pull you over to check. i was like that too though and i never had any problem.

They CAN pull you over for suspicion, but you aren’t the only person in this situation, so I doubt this will happen all that often. Then again, guess it depends where you live, and how active the police are in the community.

They can pull you over. If you look that young the officer may think you don’t have a license. I got pulled over a lot when I was a teen because I drove a brand new sports car. They called it “random checks”….probably thinking I had stolen it.

Anyone can get pulled over if something looks suspcious to the police.
When you get your driver license, you have to show some kind of proof of age, or they have some kind of records.
If in fact your body mass is small, you might have someone check the airbag design of the car to make sure that it is not too powerful for you.
The airbags are designed for a large man, not a small woman, or child.

Yes, there is a possibility, if you look younger than you actually are.
